Blue Pelican Gallery is a quaint Hatteras Island, North Carolina Gallery featuring the work of several local (Hatteras Island and North Carolina) artists who offer framed and unframed photography, hand carved and painted birds, jewelry, fine art prints, pottery, tiles, ornaments, candles, puzzles, scarves, CDs and more.
The Gallery is located in a Hatteras-style home built in 1950, and renovated in 2005 by owners Jennifer and Dan Johnson. Outside, the partially-covered porch invites you to sit and slow down to our Island pace in comfortable rocking chairs. Inside the Gallery, the heart-pine floors and beaded wood walls and ceilings are a perfect backdrop for many forms of art, showcasing the beauty of the Outer Banks. The gallery is located at 57762 NC Hwy 12 in Hatteras Village. It is across from the Hatteras Marlin Motel, next to Burrus Red & White Supermarket. Parking is available behind the building. |
